FAQs

  • WHAT FILE TYPES SHOULD I SENT?
PNG, PSD, and AI files are strongly suggested.
  • HOW SHOULD I SIZE MY DESIGNS?
Step 1: Make sure you are working with a vector image, or 300dpi if using photoshop. Anything less will make your design come out pixelated and grainy. Step 2: Size your design as close to how you would like it on the print. For example, if you need a full front design, but your image file is only 2" large, pixelation will occur. Please note, if your artwork is not print ready, or is changed once the artwork segment of your order has begun, there will be an extended turnaround.
  • CAN I ADD ITEMS TO MY ORDER ONCE IT IS PLACED?
Once your order is placed, you can add items up until production starts. Once production begins, the minimum goes back up to 30. Please note, adding or altering items once the order is placed will result in an extended turnaround time.
  • HOW BIG CAN YOU PRINT MY IMAGE?
When screen printing, we can print your image up to 13"x16" for standard prints, or 16"x19" for jumbo prints.
  • HOW MANY COLORS CAN YOU PRINT?
