File Types: We prefer to work with vector ai, PNG, or PSD files. Jpegs or other unvectored file types may require an artwork fee. A good rule of thumb is that if it looks pixelated on your computer or phone, it will look that way on the shirt.
Artwork Size: It is a good idea to size up your submitted artwork as close to the size you'd like it printed. For example, if you are needing a large front print to be 12.5" wide, you may want to create your artwork to that size.
Artwork Recreation: If your artwork is too pixelated to work with, or it is made using a screenshot, an artwork fee may be incurred onto the order.
DESIGN & ARTWORK SUBMISSION
1- Request a Quote
Fill out a Quote Request Form with as much information as to what you need as possible. Include any artwork files, any mockups you might have, and garment specifications you might have so that our team can provide you with an accurate quote for your order.
2- Approve and Pay
Once you've received the quote and had a chance to look over the specifications, you will be given the option to approve the quote and pay for the total amount to get the order started. If something doesn't look right, you can disapprove the quote and provide any changes you'd like to make.
3- Approve the Mockups
Once your order has begun, we will order your garments and our team will get started on digital mockups of your order. These mockups are a way for you to approve what the final product will look like. If you need any changes such as artwork size or placement, let us know.
Time for us to get to work. We take the specifications of your mockups and make your merch a reality.
Once production is finished, our team will notify you that your order is ready to ship. You'll receive tracking as soon as your box leaves our warehouse. Pick-up is available locally.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We at Supreme Screen Printing LLC create digital mockups for every order upon placement of a monetary deposit. You as our customer are responsible for verifying the final artwork and/or correct spelling to be printed on the garment.
Upon approval from the client, Supreme Screen Printing will not be held responsible for typos or overlooked errors once the printing process has begun.
All sales are final and no refunds will be given since customer approval is necessary before a job can be scheduled for printing due to each job being a custom order. Supreme Screen Printing is not responsible for printing on apparel provided by the customer. We cannot guarantee results on garments we did not provide.
In the event that Supreme Screen Printing LLC is to imprint at the request of a customer a likeness of a person, product, logotype, or any other device provided by the customer. Customer hereby represents that said likeness is being produced with the knowledge and consent of the individual or entity having the rights thereto.
On request of Supreme Screen Printing LLC, the Buyer shall provide the company with evidence of authority to produce such likeness. Buyer agrees to hold Supreme Screen Printing free and harmless from all liability and indemnify Supreme Screen Printing for any loss, damage, or injury, which Supreme Screen Printing may suffer as a result of producing said likeness. The obligation of the buyer shall extend to payment for all legal fees and other out-of-pocket costs incurred by Supreme Screen Printing LLC as a result of the reproduction of the likeness requested by the customer.
